I was one of the many satisfied customers who bought a FLAC hoodie when Josh was selling them (last year, was it?). However, it's starting to wear out, and I'm jonesing for more geeky gear.

Josh, are you ever planning to run more merchandise like that? Or was it too much trouble for not enough monetary return?

too much trouble; anyway I sold them at cost since I wasn't trying to make money. if I ever get free time again I might do another run but don't hold your breath

A shame, that. I thought, back when I bought my hoodie, that I was in some way supporting the codec's development. Surely there must be a third-party service (like Cafe Press, but not so infamous) that would do all of the hard work for you?
