Is there a way to get oggdrop (+aoTuV b5) to run on Win9x?

I ran it two years ago. Try not optimized version. I don't know about new compiles. But one of old not optimized compiles worked. It seems Win 9x misses some libraries.

Old versions would work, of course, but the newest are the interesting ones.

Any idea what is supposedly missing? Maybe it could work with Unicows, or a small wrapper for certain imports (or just disabling the tagging or whatever).

Edit: I found out that Blacksword's oggdropXPd 1.8.9 Lancer compiles do work. Although I'm somewhat inclined to use the base aoTuVs, I guess Blacksword's must do if there are no other options.
