I've been using foobar for a few weeks now and I love it. The only problem I have is that it's a bit of a pain in the butt to play new music in foobar. What I mean is, my "default" playlist is supposed to have all the music in my music library. But if I play a file that's not has not been added to my default playlist in foobar, it clears the items in the playlist previously and leaves only the file I'm playing. So I have to use playlist bind and re add everything in my music folder, which takes a good 5 minutes now. This is a pain for only wanting to add a few songs. Is there a way around this?

I guess my question is how do you add newly acquired music to your foobar?

You could try enabling this in preferences.

General > Enqueue incoming files by default when adding new files from commandline.

And if you want you could enable "Always send to playlist:" then choose a name for that playlist.
