Is there a way to enqueue silently? I'm using totalcommander and a keyboard shortcut to quickly enqueue files, but unfortunately at any addition the fb2k window appears, which I need to minimize again.

An fb2k call with multiple commands does not work in this case afaics.

You can try open the files and have enqueue incoming files default.

Didn't seem to work.

Prefs>General>Uncheck 'Bring to front when adding new files...'

The setting you are searching for is in the preferences in the "general"-section, which contains a "commandline" area for settings.
