Is there anyway to change the menu text color?
I've black background and the menu text color are also black so it's hard to see it

Just start to use Panel UI and don't really get all yet.

Menu text color in foobar is the color of 3d-objects text of your Windows color scheme.

From within foobar2000: Yes, impossible.
From the operating system side: No, you can change your "Visual Style" (e.g. to Luna Element or any other). But this will affect the appearance of your complete Windows.
