I'm trying to setup foo_playlist_tree like this:

Root Folder (Has every song in it)

+ A (has bands that begin with the letter A)
- [band name - album] (has all songs from that album in it)
+ B (has bands that begin with the letter B)
etc.
etc.
etc.

I just don't get how to add songs to the folders like this though. If somebody could help, I would much appreciate it.

This should work.

$left(%artist%,1)|%artist% - %album%

The '|' char makes a subfolder.
