No, what I mean is this:
normal: Old McDonald has a farm.
uppercase: OLD MCDONALD HAS A FARM.
small caps: OLD MCDONALD HAS A FARM.
You can find this text style in almost every word processor and I believe that it is a standard true type style. If the latter is the case it may be not too hard to add.
