I have a problem with foobar's Add Directory Command:

After using it once to import a subdirectory (out of a dir that contains about 100 folders), only THAT subdir is displayed the next time. It is as if the directory with the 100 folders would only contain that particular folder, that was imported before.

Has anyone an explanation for that?

this is kind of obvious, but have you tried clicking the "+" sign next to the parent directory? all the sub-directories should display...

I'm awfully sorry that this hint does not solve the problem. I can give you a screencap that illustrates the issue if you want.

Btw: Using "Add Files" goes with no further obstacles. All the directories are there. It's only the "Add Directory" command that causes trouble.

It's kind of disturbing if you try to add several albums in line to your playlist.

Just thought that the developpers might be interested that such errors can occur...

(my version of foobar2000 is: v0.9.4.2. I have not changed any files after installation.)

have the same peroblem with my music folder (about 150 folders and 8000 sub-folders).

I only know, that it isn't a problem by foobar, it's a problem that causes the mirosoft windows explorer. i think, you have to change a key in the regestry to change this, but i think its easier to press only the '+'

BTW: Great Avatar, I'm also Porcupine Tree Fan, gonna see them in one month in Germany =)
