As I know, there's only Sorenson Squeeze shipped with that aac encoder at least with 4.2. Not know exactly if they still use it at later version.

Do someone know if there's other software that uses that encoder?

It's weird that Fraunhofer aac encoder is not as easy to get as other aac encoders, and thus no listening test have done with Fraunhofer aac encoder here so far.
