Make that version 3.53, not 2.1.4 ......

First let me say, foobar2000 is EXCELLENT!!

Second, I have studied and read the quite large thread on scheduler already, and have not found an answer to my question.

Like most people using foobar2000, I want to be able to play more than one playlist during each session of music listening.

I get close to being able to do it, but for one small problem. I have the scheduler set up like this:

For Event I have " On Playback End, re-enable after done. "

For the Action List, I have made an action I call Play Next Playlist, and it is configured like this: Next Playlist - Select Track #1 - Start Playback

So, here's my problem... Let's say I have two playlists loaded into foobar. The first playlist plays and gets to the last song, then it jumps to the next playlist and starts to play song #1. OK, it then plays all the songs in that playlist, and at the last song end, it jumps back to the first playlist, as I want it to.

BUT... what it does is to real fast, select track #1, but then for some reason it jumps to the last song in the playlist, and just plays that song, instead of song #1. Same thing happens when that song ends, it goes to the second playlist, selects song #1 real fast, but then drops down to the last song and plays that.

Is there something I can do to have foobar2000 just do a loop and play the playlists over and over, but starting with song #1 every time?

Thanks for any pointers you can give me on this!

Well, after more digging, I found out what I missed the first time thru that thread.

I obviously had Scheduler configured correctly to do what I wanted, the only problem was that I omitted to enable Play / Playback Follows Cursor .

Anyways, all is good now. I hope this post helps other newcomers who are dealing with this same issue.

Take care, all !
