Ever since I upgraded to 0.9.4.3 from 0.9.4.1 I have had a strange shoutcast-related issue. When I start a shoutcast stream, the audio will start, stop, start, stop, start, stop, and finally start and keep going. The pauses are for about a second, as if it's skipping because my connection is failing, but there's always three pauses before the stream actually plays.

If I play the stream in another player, it plays flawlessly, so it's not an obvious connection issue. It seems to occur with any shoutcast stream at all. The same pauses happen regardless of my buffer size in the HTTP settings. I'm not using a proxy, and dynamic track titles are turned on.

I seem to also get occasional skipping during the stream every few minutes, even when I know it's not the server's fault, but this could conceivably just be my cable internet crapping out on me so I don't know if it's related. The skipping at the start however happens like clockwork every single time.

Any ideas?
