Hi all..
I am writing a mp3 decoder: what I don't understand is how frequency lines are organized in case of short blocks. In particular:

- the 3 windows of short blocks contain 192 frequency lines each one?
- how are they divided? suppose we have a vector containing all frame's 576 lines: where the second window starts?

Are there any others cases in wich i must reorder frequency lines?

Please answer, is very important.
