Firstly ,Hello to all in this very helpful forum.

Recently my sister in-law bought a mp3 player and it had an DRM clock installed on it .
I´m wondering what this is as I´ve never heard of it before . Is it just a support for files with DRM protection , or something more sinister. Also would this application drain the player faster of power.
I´m thinking of returning the product but thought I would ask some advice first.
Regards.

It's not Digital Rights/Restrictions Management, it's Digital Radio Mondial.

Search for mondial on this page:

Thanks bawjaws

I was worried because it has support for protected songs and when I saw the letters DRM , I just wen´t wobbly and thought the worst.
