must be itunes compatible...

i need a command line win32 tagging software that will cope with the new frames itunes is using these days for sort artist / album / title etc.

i think these use the TSOP / TSOA / TSOT frames (or is it atoms?), but i'm not sure how to write them into the file from a command line...

any ideas?
