When I load foobar I get

"Failed to load DLL: foo_dsp_skip_silence.dll
Reason: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I have cruised the forums and cannot find a reason why I am getting this error. I believe I have updated all the necessary windows components, but just in case, does anyone recognize this problem?

I like foobar a lot, but I am new to it and it is taking me some time to figure it out. I am reading everything I can find tho, and I appreciate any help.

I had used a different vc8 libraries link. I tried again with the link on that page and it seems to be working - at least, I got no error on startup. Thank you very much. Rookie mistake, I guess.
