Oggenc2.83 using libVorbis v1.2.0

VBR Quality setting, SRC libsamplerate high quality resampler. Also added facility to scale FLAC input using FLAC Replaygain Tag values - ICL 9.1 compiles (Generic is MSVC8 compile).

* Generic (386kB)
* P3/AMD (463kB)
* P4 Only (409kB)
* Sources + Libraries (509kB)

Will the P4 Only build use any optimizations when run on a Core 2 Duo/Quad chip or should we use the generic build?

Use the P4 compile and you should be able to run two instances, one in each core.

Interesting... I can't use one in each core. Seems as though the two share a single core.
