Is there any component that can do this(assign a hotkey to jump to next album)?
I only remember the old "playlist_hooper".

Maybe foo_menu_addons has the required feature? (pl_hopper is mentioned in the discusssion thread of this component.)

If Your play mode is shufle(albums) then pressing random will go to next random album.
