My question is HOW CAN I CONFIGURE "EAC" TO WORK UNDER AN ADMIM RIGHTS? ANY IDEAS...

First, this thread probably belongs in a different forum (CD Hardware/Software) unless you're concerned only about the Compression Settings for MP3 encoding.

Second, avoid too many CAPITAL LETTERS, it's like SHOUTING or the CD LOUDNESS WARS and makes it harder to read.

I don't understand exactly what you mean, but I presume you DO have Administrator rights in your XP account, correct? (Check on Start/Settings/Control Panel/User Accounts and see if your user name is listed as a Computer Administrator). If so there's no problem simply following any of the EAC guides found in the HydrogenAudio Wiki (see top of this page) or over at the Digital Inn forums linked from the www.exactaudiocopy.de homepage.
