From what I understand, the monthly subscription program has long been removed; in my control panel my old subscription shows as cancelled. However, I'm still receiving charges from PayPal based on my subscription... Should I take this up with PayPal, or is there someone (Dibrom?) I should speak with privately about it?

The subscriptions have been removed for several years (at the point when I took over the site from Dibrom), and all the links have been removed and disabled for about as long.

I don't even have access to the PayPal data so there is nothing I can really do here.
