I'm a novice, so I'll answer your novice question:

Load the cue sheet into your media player that same way you would load a regular
music file. Make sure the cue and the music file are in the same folder.

If it's done correctly, the cue sheet should serve as a playlist for the entire album

Next time do a search with this kind of question. It's probably been answered a thousand
times on this board

If you tried it with Windows Media Player, it probably wouldn't have worked.

Have you tried foobar2000?

Firstly, I am going to assume that this was a legal music download. We do not condone illegal file sharing on this board.

You need to load it into a player that will support cuesheets, like foobar. Alternatively, use a program like foobar or ACDIR to split the file using the cuesheet, and then play the split tracks. This may depend on the audio format you have.

Read about cuesheets and find some links to useful software in our wiki page.
