Softartstudio (www.softartstudio.com) has just released Abander Tag Control 1.38, a commercial multiformat tag editor, which supports ID3v1, ID3v2, OGG Comments, WMA tags, APE tags...
There are not much tag editors, which support so many formats now, so this one may be worth seeing.
