1214 is Kaaza default port. Kerio sometimes shows such things, I don`t know why...

Obvious question perhaps, but you weren't just about to download something from nvidia.com through FTP?
Could be a spoofed packet as well...
Nope, haven't touched NVIDIA sites in days.

the fact that you use kazaa at all would be why you're seeing it show up. Someone previously connected to you with kazaa, and their kazaa is simply trying to connect to you again. No reason to panic.
Even though -days- have passsed since i used kazaa? It's strange.
And an NVIDIA address??... (you can check that IP
here)

could have been days since the other person fired up kazaa too. No reason to be surprised that someone at work is using kazaa, really, is there?
There is actually

.
Anyway, this is a really stupid Kazaa problem, no other file sharing program, like
overnet that i've used gave me such a problem.

Did your IP chage (probably beacause of a reconnect) before you got that message?
Then perhaps the person that had the IP before was using Kazaa.

well, it's not exactly a problem, as nothing's actually happening except someone was trying to connect to you. Since there's nothing there for them to connect to, nothing happens, nothing could happen, nothing will happen. Just calm down, everything's fine.
What makes you think i'm histeric??

...i'm calm man.
And nope, i have a static IP.
