How or in what way can I calculate the time length of mp3 file using bitrate and frequency? Or have you other suggestion?

If you know only bitrate and frequency you cannot calculate the length. You also need the file size.

Zajimala by me jedna vec: ve vsech info souborech ohledne *.mp3 se pise - je treba najit prvni frame, nacist jeho hlavicku a porovnat s ostatnimi framy jestli jsou stejne (mimo vbr). Jak najdu prvni frame a jeho hlavicku? Pak uz by to mohlo byt jasne. Pomoci bitrate, samplerate + padding bitu spocitat velikost framu a porovnat s dalsim framem. Doufam :-).
Jsou to prvni 4 bity v souboru(hlavicka prvniho framu)? :-)

Hlavicka sice ma 4 byty, ale nemusi to bejt zrovna ta prvni. Prvni byte hlavicky je vzdycky 255 (FF). Ten druhy musi mit 3 nejvyssi bity nastaveny na 1. Podle toho ji najdes. Dalsi podrobnosti na tyhle strance.
