Why do I get this error message after I install FLAC?

Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Take a look at the bottom of the FLAC Frontend home page.

Searching for mscomctl.ocx on Google brought up this page regarding what to do with it.
