Full Version: Foobar gets stuck

My foobar gets stuck, doesn't respond any input and starts taking ~100% cpu usage.
I've had a problem with foobar for a long time. I thought ProjectM plugin caused this (it's known to have memory leak) but now as i've removed the plugin, and some other plugins i thought to cause this, the problem remains.
I haven't manage to solve in which situations it gets stuck. It seems to be random.
If foobar gets stuck, I have to force it to shut down and then (this is the odd part, i think) I have to start Ice Wind Dale II, shut it and foobar works again. If i don't do this and just restart foobar it's stuck.
This is not a big problem and doesn't prevent me from using fb but it's a bit annoying when i've made some changes to configuration and they all disappear when i have to quit foobar.
I have another install of foobar on my computer with just three plugins with no problems so i think some third party plugin is causing this.

Continue to remove plugins until it doesn't happen anymore, or start with no 3rd party plugins at all and add them one by one until it gets stuck again.

General suggestions:

You're using a known problematic component: foo_infobox.

Update your foobar2000 version to 0.9.4.4. Several plugins like Columns UI are outdated as well.
Whatever issue you are experiencing might have been fixed already.

This could take even many days, and id like to use the plugins which are non-problematic.

I didn't know foo_infobox had problems. I must try updating.
Thank you!

I removed foo_infobox and updated several plugins (including ColumnsUI). Foobar has been working perfect after that.
