I receive the LATM packet aacplus data,but libfaad can not decode,I don't have the description of LATM format ,Any suggestion will be welcome!

LATM/LOAS is described in ISO/IEC 14496-3 Subpart 1 (Third edition, 2005).

Winamp can play the files.
