I get a pop/click whenever I change tracks with foo_dsp_vst enabled (regardless of which vst I am running.)
I have tried increasing latency in both foobar and on my SC (MAudio USB) but I cannot get rid of the click.
Everyhting else plays fine (no noise/skipping etc), it's just when I change tracks.
XP SP2/Centrino Duo/1 g RAM/MAudio Audioplile 24/96 USB

Anyone else have this issue?
Still present with 0.9.5
try manually re-installing the driver.
if "device manager" - "sound video game etc." displays it as "usb audio/sound device",
it is not properly installed.
"manufacturer name with product name" is right.

It's not a driver issue; DS output is fine.
Problem only occurs when I use the vst component.

Same problem here BUT... with foo_dsp_winamp and VST plugins (using VST->Winamp Bridge) (I haven't tried foo_dsp_vst)
The same problem (a click-pop at the start of songs) happens on three different PC's with 3 different sound cards, so it must be related to the way that the DSP part of foobar handles the input-output to VST plugins (or VST adapters in this case)
