Are there any tools out there for converting OptimFROG to other formats for the MAC? I don't believe Switch supports .otf files.

If you go to the OptimFROG website, they have downloads of the command-line clients compiled for Darwin/PPC. You should be able to use the ofr executable from Terminal to decode your OptimFROG files to WAV, and on to other formats with your tool of choice from there.
