Exactly - all you can do is making common sense easy and straight forward. But you cannot force them. There is no solution for moronity. Besides, all three modes (VBR, ABR, CBR) have their uses. The point is understanding when to use which - instead of blindly preaching some static setting. A while ago, i proposed to drop some experimental switches which are only useful for testers, from release builds (but not from alpha and beta builds). However, i'd never start a proposal as missionary, dogmatic and narrow-minded, as the original one in this thread. This is plain bruteforce dogmatism and has nothing to do with "improving" something anymore.

Messages which are found to be abusive, obscene, vulgar, hateful, slanderous, threatening, or which are otherwise in violation of any laws, deemed as such by the Hydrogenaudio staff, and at their sole discretion, will be removed. Explanation: Over time, Hydrogenaudio has had some issues with rude, unfriendly, or otherwise inappropriate personal comments made by some users. This is unacceptable.
From my point of view you are way beyond passed violating TOS #2.
