The numbers there are all average bitrates for each track.

Are you talking about an average for all 6 tracks? If you want an easy way to get the average without doing the math Mr QuestionMan can do it.

Otherwise Filesize / Duration will give you a pretty close answer. Add all their filesizes together and divide by their total running time. This won't account for tags but tag size should be negligible.

The bit rate depends also on what type of music you're encoding. I have some classical and ambient tracks that only use 500 kb/s, but treble-heavy modern pop often goes over 1000 kb/s.
