[*]Keeps track of moved/renamed files as long as you use relevant foobar2000 components to do the moving.

For those who don't know, is it possible to have a database up-to-date without often doing "scan all" ? unsure.gif

Yes!
Add music to your medialibrary folders with foobars massrenamer (that is the relevant foobar2000 component) and not with the windows explorer.

Even if I use Foobar2000 for years, I use database for a short while.

What is Foobar2000 Massrenamer ? Is it the same thing as Masstager present in components list ?
And how do you use it ? From a context menu ? In preferences ?

Edit: I read a bit of documentation. It looks like too complicated. It's not a problem. I'll use 'Scan All'...

It's not complicated at all. All it means is that if you want to move/copy files you use the "File Operations->Move, rename or copy" files option and use the "file operations-> delete file" to delete files from hard drive.

That's all there is to it.

And you also can save the action as script f.e. "Add to library" so that you don't need to configure it every time. Absolutely not complicated! wink.gif
