i have the component custom info , that let me rating my songs

add context menu is enabled -> i if i click on a song i haven't the entry to rate the song


in the general is every thing checked & storage-->config file

i use some skin , and if i click on the rate (heart or rate symbol) , still i can't rate the song

what's wrong ?
