as it seems I am too blind to find a way to add "M4B" to the list of file types (in version 0.9.5).
By asking for this you already know that I do have an iPod and listen to audiobooks.
If it is not possible to add this type myself please add this type since it is basically M4A which may contain an additional text track (Apple's idea of chapter markers).
