Facet is much better than the Browser, so i choose Default User Interface, but i lost Lyrics Panel. Are there any lyrics plugins for DUI of foobar2000 0.9.5 just like the one for the Column UI.

or Facet for Column UI is nice too.

No lyric element for DUI available currently. As for CUI, you can try the new filter panel included in the new alpha.

You can use Dockable Panels with the Default UI.

I tried this - downloaded Dockable Panels and the foo_uie_lyrics plugin. My foobar now looks like this - I've selected 'no frame' for the lyrics dock and it looks like it fits nicely.

However! When I close foobar and open it again, it does't remember my settings and the lyrics frame resets to the default position / size / etc. Is there any way to get foobar dockable panels to remember their settings?

edit: ignore me I don't know what I did, but it's remembering the settings now and seems to be working fine. Many thanks

Hi, I installed the dockable panel and lyrics show plugin. Everything goes well, but how do I change the background color of the dockable panel?


I figured it out by myself. I have to uncheck the Transparent Background in the Display tab of the Lyric Show Panels in the foobar2000 Preferences.

I've installed dockable panels and have the lyric show panel working, but how do I get it to dock?
It just floats above everything now.

I have

"Hide Title Bar"
"Hide Close Box"
"No Frame"

In active panel preferences. Seems to work out nicely for me. There is only one thing and it's the fact since dockable panels are modal dialogs whenever I put the cursor inside the lyrics show panel, foobar loses "focus" (seems unnatural but havent found a workaround yet).
