I think the sync function of itunes is very good, but I have no money to buy a
ipod, sad.gif: I can not use iTunes but I can use foobar!

I try to search a foobar componet like this, but it seems there is not. Then I wrote a simple perl script to sync playlist to Mp3 Player, however my script can only support m3u playlist, foobar's fpl playlist is complex and there is a little information about it. The last choices is to write a foobar component by myself, but my old computer is too slow to run VS2005, can I write foobar component with other IDE or other language?

Please give your advices, Think you very much!

You can save your playlists in m3u directly from foobar.
Apart from that, I dont see how you could do it but there must be a way to convert fpl -> m3u.

Good luck!

Have you explored foo_dop? It was designed for ipods, I do not know if it will work with your player. If not, you may wish to discuss the issue in that thread to add support.

Thank you, I need a script or a command line program, so I will continue to find them.

Thank you!
I have tested foo_dop or foo_pod, but they both just support music formats which ipod can play, but my Mp3 can play APE, I hope it can sync them to My Mp3.

I do not know if foo_dop's developer will accept this feature.

I have wrote some code to pick music file names from fpl file and finished function I need. It is simple but it is enough for me!
