There should be an option to [...] So far my only complaint [...]
Please don't use words like "there should" and "my only complaint". Much more appropriate would be "it would be nice" and "my only feature request"...
Sorry for butting in here, but please don't forget what you are dealing with here; a freeware audio player done in someones freetime and shared with everyone else who happens to like it...
I'll try not to laugh at your response.
This is a forum in which the users voice their opinions about foobar. In my personal experience I have one complaint about the new foobar (transparency). There is no difference between using "my only complaint or "my only feature request" as my word choices. I
clearly didn't imply a negative connotation in my post. So next time you think someone is being out of line (first make sure they are out of line, but I'll assume you won't make that mistake again), how about send a PM to that person and/or a moderator, instead of whining in a post "boohoo, William didn't ask nicely enough for a feature request" (guess what? I didn't even use "please"! *shock and dismay*). If Peter doesn't like my request, I have full confidence that he will be able to simply ignore it and not break down and start crying because I didn't use the word "please".
