Is there a list somewhere of all the Registered Application Ids as held in the APPLICATION Metadata block ?

oops, I found this page but the top half of the page for registrating new ids fitted my monitor perfectly and I assumed it was the end of the page, thanks.

Follow up questions, Im looking for a Windows program that actually creates an Application metadatblock. ive gone though the list and the only Windows program Ive found that looked promising was TagTuner but even after making changes to a file it still didn't write an Application block, any ideas ?
