Hi, I came up with this commandline.

-d -mj --vbr-new -b 32 -B 320 -V9 -q 0 --athtype 0 -Z -X 3 --lowpass 17.5 --cwlimit 22 --scale 1

Could you tell me, why does it provide so good quality on so low bitrate!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????? biggrin.gif

Is it possible to make it even better?

Thanks in advance.

dont the lame.exe interpret just one commandline with two hyphens?

ex. --lowpass <fill with more commands> --r3mix

Lame would automatically default to only one parameter overriding the other switch

I could be wrong though.

No, LAME will interpret all the switches. What you might be thinking of is that some of the -- parameters override other switches, and in those cases it will only interpret those that come later (but this is true for both single-hyphen and double-hyphen switches). For example, if you do -b32 --r3mix, it'll ignore the -b32, since --r3mix itself has a -b setting in it (but --r3mix -b32 would have the -b32 override --r3mix's -b setting).
