Hi.

Many CD's have bonus tracks at the end of the disc that aren't really part of the album, especially re-releases. These tracks are unnecessary for the album. Is it possible to rip an "image" of a CD without last track(s) included, in EAC? Or other programs?

Thanks
eevan
No, it's not possible. If you could do that, It wouldn't have been called "image" of a CD then smile.gif

Cheers

Personally, I think I'd rip the whole CD (to get accuraterip result) and then recode the image with foobar2000, minus the bonus tracks.

But to do it at rip time, you could use EAC -> Action -> Copy Range

... then just edit out the bonus tracks from the single wav cue sheet *
*(simple, if they were all at the end of the disc)

Why is this track unnecessary for the album? Personally I think of it as a little gift... in the gift I usually buy myself.

Why question our personal preference?

You are right.

This kind of feature I was looking for. Thanks!

Bonus tracks are nice, but they don't usually fit the rest of the album (e.g. remixes, live performances). I rather listen them separately.
