Guys,

I know some of you are familiar with QuickPar (yes, you! Don't hide! tongue.gif )

Now, I'm in the process of backing up some video files, with sizes around 150 MB, to CDs and DVDs.

I'm stumped as to the settings of QuickPar:
- What block size should I use?
- What Recovery Size should I use?
- What Redundancy should I select?
- Should I then protect the burnt CD / DVD with dvdisaster?

Inputs are welcome.
