I have a question. Is there any software for mounting a EAC noncompliant CUEsheet?
No, there isn't any. But there is
CUETools, with which you can losslessly convert it to a single WAV rip and then mount that one.

I want to re-rip this discs. I want dbpoweramp cd ripper to tag my new rips again (with service of AMG). The other options are to tag each audio file manually, or to burn to an actual CD and rip from that. Anyone an idea? Thanks..
There are way more options than those three. You can still tag the rip directly with
MP3Tag, which can not only retrieve meta data from AMG, but from a lot more web sources:
http://www.anytag.de/forums/index.php?showforum=23But I don't think it can't load non-compliant cue sheets, so you either have to load and tag the individual audio files or if you want the meta data in the cue sheet, convert to a single WAV rip with CUETools first and then open the new cue sheet.
Another alternative is to use Winamp (with a plugin I think) or foobar2000 (out of the box) to load the (
converted) cue sheets and augment them with meta data, although not from such a wide variety of sources (don't know about AMG support via plugins). There are probably a couple more tagging tools, too, that can do what you want... but with Mp3Tag I'm sure it can do it. I don't use any other tools, so you have to wait for people who do to reply.
