I mapped a series of hotkeys to rate tracks using masstagger. Ctrl-1 gives the track 1 star, ctrl-2 gives two stars, etc. I would like the Ctrl+Alt modifiers and the same numbers to use as global hotkeys, but for some reason it's not working. I think it's because in the keyboard shortcuts this is listed as a "context" hotkey so maybe I have to change it to default to the current playing track?
