I've tried a few bulk renamers, such as Lupus and one other recommended here on Hydrogen, and they work well. The only drawback is that I have to remember how to configure them to rename things, which takes a while if I forget, which I do, in between renames.

I found a really nice and easy to use renamer that is GUI driven. i don;t think you can even use a command line type tags with it. If anyone is interested:

It is a stand alone program, and writes nothing to your Windows Reg file, nor does it install anything. You simply unpack it in a folder, and use it. It does have an install option that gives you a couple of more integration type options, but I never use those options, so you can actually use this from your pen drive on any computer.
