Hello, I must say that foobar would be the best player if it wasnt for a) lousy support b) unbearable uneasiness of usage. Credits aside I just need to know how to decode a file from a lossy format into wav. I googled there was supposed to be a diskwrite component, I dont have such and later I learnt you dont provide one in version 0.9 and higher. So I chose playback - output and strangely enough null output (turned out to be literal). That seemed OK at first (no sound, though quickly playing, just as my old winamp;) except for the fact I didnt find any setting for the target directory. I searched through harddisk, nada. So just for my sole information, how do I do that the way I can find the file afterwards? And the last compliment: In terms of user unfriendliness this player beats the heck out of vlc. Good job. Keep it up! (dont give me any read your faq nonsense. either make a manual or make intuitive gui like winamp or qcd or kjofol or xmplay or whatever)
