I am looking for a reasonable priced soundcard with decent analog output...
I am not looking for extreme hifi solution, good is enough for me, I don't need excellent

would have been good for digital output, but does it's analog output suck?

Please, I need some alternatives

Define reasonable. How many analogue outputs do you need?

I have been using an M-Audio Delta Audiophile 2496 for about three years now, superb card for the price.
