Full Version: Audition 3 antialiasing edges?

I'm just evaluating Audition 3 and tried to splice a few tracks that are gapless, but after that I noticed a tiny click where i spliced them. This should normally not occur unless Audition has some fancy antialiasing that smoothes samples.

Does anyone know how to avoid/disable this? It's nice if you author audio, but annoying when you edit like this.

I found the feature. In Preferences > Data > "Smooth Delete and Cut boundaries over x ms" and "Smooth all edit boundaries by crossfading x ms". After disabling them I have no more clicks smile.gif

If anyone know other of these brilliant features, please post.
