Can anyone tell me how to use LAME software and get it to owrk? I tried downloading it but couldn't figure out how to use it. There's even a thing somewhere on that lame site that says that lame aint an MP3 encoder. So I don't know what to do. I'm trying to use it to make the export MP3 utility work on my vocal remover software. If anyone knows how to do it, plesae tell me.

Lame is a commandline tool which can be used with a command like
lame.exe -V2 input.wav output.mp3
For the details of the commandline usage type lame.exe --longhelp
