Does this decoder dither?
Is it ok to decode mp3 to wave files with MJ disk writer without flaw?
And the 24-bit disk writer with MJ mp3, is it ok?
or should I use MAD 1.4.2b 24-bit output?

CEP 2 newest MP3 ME! is it a good decoder now, I can't notice any clip ended files that ppl complain about!
Edit: I know some mp3 decoder don't decode full, plz recommend some "full file" decoder
