Hi,

I had a search for this, couldn't find any hits, but im sure it must have come up.

I have just installed foobar 0.9.5 on my vista64 machine. it installs fine, however when I go into the preferences and associate all file types with foobar, nothing changes on the OS. is there somethign that I have to do?
Also right clicking on a file wont allow me to play or enqueue it in foobar, but right clicking a folder will.

Any ideas how I can get this working? For another app where right click context menues in explorer weren't showing up the application options, I just had to give permissions to one of the program dll's and then it worked. Is there anything like that with foobar?

Thanks.

maybe it's cause of vista64bits cause it works on vista32bits.

Is there any message regarding this on the foobar2000 console? Does choosing 'Run as administrator' from the right-click context menu of foobar2000.exe solve the problem?

I'm not sure how im supposed to initiate any activity in the console, but I opened foobar, associated all file types and context menus and default cd players, and clicked save all, and the console didn't change. it just has:

Autoplaylists initialized in: 0:00.000025
Startup time : 0:00.305887

in it.
running foobar as administrator makes no difference.
