I created a playlist using SDK. Then add an item into playlist by a known http url. But this item appeared no title and artist but url name in the playlist.
I wanted to set title and artist info. How can I do this?

foobar2000 does not scan the meta data of tracks on remote locations, i.e. tracks accessed over HTTP. This is standard behavior. You could force foobar2000 to load the meta data using metadb_io_v2::load_info_async().

But I do not want foobar to load meta info by the remote locations. I want to add a remote location media into playlist and set the media's title and artist at the same time.
